Withdrawal Policy

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or someone appointed by you, receives the goods. If your order is delivered in separate parts, the period starts when you receive the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use the Cancel Order option on our website or contact us clearly stating that you wish to cancel your order.

If you withdraw from your purchase, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us. Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning them.

We will refund the payment received from you, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof that they have been returned.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain goods or services, including personalised items, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened, perishable goods, digital content or services already provided with your prior consent, and other legal exceptions.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights if the goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
