2. Purposes, legitimacy and conservation of the processing of data sent through:

  • CONTACT FORM.

Purpose: To provide a means for you to contact us and answer your requests for information, as well as to send you communications about our products and services, including by electronic means, if you tick the acceptance box.

Legitimation: The user's consent when requesting information from us through our contact form and by ticking the acceptance box for sending information.

Retention: Until your request has been resolved by means of our form or answered by e-mail, if it has not generated a new treatment. If you have accepted to receive commercial mailings, until you request to unsubscribe from them.

  • PURCHASE FORM.

Purpose: To manage your purchase orders and inform you of our products and services, including by electronic means.

Legitimation: Execution of the sales contract and legitimate interest in informing our customers about our products and services.

Retention: For the duration of the contractual relationship and, once this has ended, for the legally required retention periods to cover any possible liabilities. Commercial mailings: until the user requests to unsubscribe.

  • SENDING OF E-MAILS.

Purpose: To reply to your requests for information, attend to your requests and answer your queries or doubts.  

Legitimation: The user's consent when requesting information through the e-mail address.

Conservation: Until your request has been answered by e-mail, if it has not generated a new treatment.
